We were hired to develop a comprehensive branding and business development package to raise brand awareness, boost agent recruitment and increase sales. In an intense 60 day campaign, we crafted a social media strategy, conducted market research and shared valuable industry insight at an event held at Lexus of Lakeway.
CREATIVE STRATEGY: Alongside the owner/broker and their operations manager, we developed a beautiful agent structure, closely tied to the hierarchy of horses. Establishing top agents as clydesdales, the symbol carried throughout most of the communication for the 60 day campaign.
MARKET RESEARCH: We conducted extensive market research to create various membership levels for agents, create competitive packages, explore new technology in real estate and establish the company’s culture.
