Our team was very excited to provide extensive consultancy and insight for the rebranding and refocus of Modern Home Tours LLC into the new Modern Architecture + Design Society.

Modern Home Tours LLC had been delivering the longest running and most robust residential home tour experience in the US and Canada since 2009, but was looking to transform the corporation into an all-encompassing lifestyle and media company for lovers of modern living. Our agency collaborated on the creation of its name, trademarks, editorial perspectives, content strategy, improved its national newsletter, redesigned the website and developed its social media profiles and strategy. By introducing new contributors, generating and marketing original content, cross promotion with strategic partners through social media and more, we have been able to produce a refreshing content company that is strongly supported by a highly successful event series that explores modern coast to coast (and in 3 cities across the border).

With purely organic growth, the result has been a media experience beloved by architecture and design lovers worldwide, especially those in the home tour’s core markets.
